That sounds like a fun idea. And at least the days in Tasmania don't change as fast as the weather! ;-)

Thanks for posting these idea starters! I've really enjoyed your blog so far.

This was our first "Unplugged" project. The kids really got into it.

I don't usually buy Cheerios, but I did last week. I'm glad I had them today! Usually they like the "idea" of having them and they don't really eat them. At least when they get tossed out today, they will have served some purpose first.

I've never really understood the color wheel... this was an awesome way to make it. My computer chose last night to do an automatic restart so all the cool websites I left up to help me vanished... sorry I don't have those links to post.

Oh! And I just remembered! We are going to attempt to make a globe from legos too! http://creative.lego.com/en-us/Familytime/buildinginstructions/BuildingInstructionsmonthly.aspx?month=September&year=2009

We made a week calendar to go with our weather 'chart'. We put the names of the days around a cardboard wheel and we turn it each day to show what 'today' is. Looking foward to hearing what you did!
