I laughed so hard I snorted!! Cirque du Soliel kitties aye? Very funny. Laying out on the grass and looking up at the sky is a truly wonderful experience… how wonderful you got to share it with your sweet munchkin. What a great memory to cherish.

What a great mom you are for getting out with your daughter at that time of the morning. I agree with the other commenter- I’m sure both you will remember it forever. I loved your description of getting out the door, BTW- very funny! :o)

Lovely… I wish I had the energy and ability to see one of these… One of the things I miss because I live in NYC is the ability to see stars and such… When we had the blackout, it was amazing that stars really do exist here!

I’m impressed. It makes sense: the effort required is big but the payback is big. You know that time will be a memory forever. We did Halley’s Comet way way back when (the eighties?) but I think the kids were too little and too many to remember.
